Terms And Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Security Jobs Finder platform
("Platform") by recruiters and companies ("Users") seeking suitable candidates for employment. By
accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read
this Agreement carefully before using the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1.2. If Users do not agree with any provisions of this Agreement, they should not access or use the
Platform.
Account Creation and Usage
2.1. Users must create an account on the Platform to access its features.
2.2. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during the account creation
process.
2.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for
all activities that occur under their account.
2.4. Users must immediately notify the Platform administrators of any unauthorized use of their
account.
User Access and Information
3.1. Users may access information, including CVs, documents, and other relevant data ("User
Information"), on the Platform.
3.2. Users acknowledge that the ownership of User Information remains with the respective users who
have uploaded or provided such information.
3.3. Users understand and agree that the Platform may use, display, reproduce, modify, and
distribute User Information solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.
3.4. Users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to access and
use User Information.
3.5. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and reliability of the User
Information they access and use on the Platform.
Subscription and Payment
4.1. Recruiters may subscribe to the Platform on a subscription basis to access candidate profiles
and other services.
4.2. The subscription may have minimum subscription periods, as specified separately in the
subscription agreement between the Platform and the subscribing recruiters.
4.3. Recruiters agree that if they do not renew or terminate their subscription service within the
agreed-upon notice period, any special pricing, discounts, or promotional offers associated with
their previous subscription may expire, and they will be required to pay the full price going
forward.
4.4. The Platform reserves the right to modify subscription fees and billing cycles upon prior
notice to the subscribing recruiters.
4.5. Recruiters are responsible for timely payment of subscription fees according to the agreed-upon
terms.
Platform Usage
5.1. Users agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2. Recruiters acknowledge that their subscription grants them access to candidates within their
designated area of operations only. If they require access to candidates in another area, they must
sign up for a separate subscription for that specific area.
5.3. The information obtained from the Platform, including candidate profiles and related data, is
for the recruiters' personal internal use only.
5.4. Recruiters are strictly prohibited from sharing candidate information with other branches,
subsidiaries, or external companies. Any unauthorized sharing of candidate information may result in
the termination of their contract and legal consequences.
Recruiters' Responsibilities
6.1. Recruiters agree to keep the candidate database up to date by actively rating candidates and
providing updates on interview requests, outcomes, job offers, and acceptances or rejections.
6.2. Recruiters must provide accurate and timely information regarding their interactions with
candidates.
6.3. Recruiters must use the information obtained from the Platform solely for the purpose of
evaluating candidates for employment opportunities.
Intellectual Property
7.1. The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, and
documentation, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of the Platform or
its licensors.
7.2. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its
contents without the prior written consent of the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and Users agree that their use of the Platform is
at their own risk. The Platform makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy,
reliability, or availability of the Platform or its services.
8.2. The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform.
8.3. The Platform does not guarantee the suitability, qualifications, or performance of any
candidate introduced through the Platform. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying
the suitability of candidates for their specific needs.
Indemnification
9.1. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its officers, directors,
employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including
reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the Platform,
violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
Termination
10.1. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts at its discretion,
without prior notice, if Users violate this Agreement or engage in any activities that may harm the
Platform or its Users.
10.2. Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting the Platform administrators.
10.3. Termination of an account will result in the removal of User Content and access to the
Platform's services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic
of South Africa.
11.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
Entire Agreement
12.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Users and the Platform regarding the
use of the Platform and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
